Delivery
We dispatch from the UK and are very happy to ship to any address within the UK. Postage costs will be added to your order at the checkout at a rate of £5.00 for all prints, £1.00 for all single cards, £2.00 for packs of 10 cards and £3.00 for packs of 20 cards. We aim to dispatch within three working days of receiving your order and cleared payment. We will inform you if there is any delay. We will not be responsible for any delays relating to postal delays. We post using Royal Mail First Class, which takes 1-3 days. Please contact us before you order if you would like to upgrade to Special (guaranteed next day) Delivery.

Returns
We always hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within ten days of receiving your item. Items should be returned unused in the original packaging. Please ask for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. Please let us know the reason for the return. We offer a full refund or exchange for the item but your postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
